Parents > Parents' Club
What does the Parents’ Club do, exactly?
Parents’ Club coordinates various activities such as the Spring Fling, Fall Fundraiser, Donuts for Dads, Grandparents’ Day, Teacher Appreciation events, and the purchase of technology tools and supplies for students, just to list a few of the things we do.
The CRBS Parents Club has three (3) important Functions:
To promote the communication between the parent community and our school regarding educational issues
To raise important revenue each year through two primary fundraisers and other activities
To work with the Principal and the teachers to select programs, materials, and resources to fund in order to enhance the educational experience and enrichment of our children
Why should I be involved in the Parents' Club?
Current research continues to support the positive impact involved parents make on their students' lives (in school and otherwise). Being active in Parents’ Club allows parents to know what's happening at school, learn the names and faces of the adults interacting with students, and to show our children we place a premium value on what's going on.
Does Parents’ Club offer any volunteer opportunities for parents who also work outside the home, and who can't be at school during the day? Yes! There are many ways in which all parents can help and be involved!

2. Attend the Monthly Meetings
One of the main functions of the CRBS Parents’ Club is to promote communication within our school community. Mark your calendar and plan to attend our monthly meetings. All parents are welcome! Your input is valuable to the success of the Parents' Club and our school... This is a great way to learn what is going on in our school.
3. Participate in Fundraising Efforts
The CRBS Parents’ Club serves a very important role in the ability to raise money for much needed projects, school enrichment needs, expenses, etc. We have the Fall Fund Raiser and the ever important Spring Carnival and Auction. These events are only possible because of the extraordinary efforts of the CRBS parent body.
4. Spread the word about Clay Road Baptist School
We are all very blessed to have this school …the solid education it provides and the Godly values and principles it is founded on, as well as taught everyday to our children. Christian education is not only a choice, but more importantly, it is a sacrifice parents make for the benefit of their children. We all have our own experiences of how CRBS has been a value for our children and our families, and the best form of advertising is “word of mouth”. So whatever your “story” is, go out and share it with your family members, friends, co-workers, strangers, etc. Tell them about CRBS and let’s all get involved in helping to grow our school!
