PrePaid Lunch Cards
Clay Road offers a convenient way to manage your student(s) lunch purchases.  You may set up a Pre-paid Lunch Card at any time to avoid sending cash to school with your student(s). The card is used by the students to purchase items such as snacks, drinks and emergency lunches from the Lunch Room.

When completing the PrePaid Lunch Card Form indicate how much money would like to put on your student's card and this will be added to your tuition statement (unless you send a check or cash). Then tell us how much you would like to add every time the card reaches $0, and this will also be added to your next statement (this will allow your student to continue to make purchases after they have depleted the previous amount). Turn your completed form into the office.

If you do not want to automatically add money to the Lunch Card through your statement, you will need to send cash or check to set up the Card. You will be notified when the account is getting low. If a student’s lunch card is at $0, an emergency lunch will be provided and reimbursement is expected the next school day.  The student will not be allowed to buy snacks or drinks (water is always available free of charge).

Any negative balances will be added to your next monthly statement.
