Celebration 2008 is an event designed to celebrate the accomplishments of Clay Road Baptist School and generate financial support for the school.

        How Much …?

This event is underwritten by local businesses and school supporters which allow parents and guests to enjoy this event at no cost.

        Child Care…?

Yes, there is child care offered at Clay Road Baptist School but you must make a reservation by Friday, October 10th. There is a charge of $5 per child for current families of CRBS; however, childcare is free to guests of Celebration 2008.  Click here to go to childcare information and reservation form.

        Who…?

Everyone who has a passion for education is invited to attend!  We encourage family members, prospective families, pastors, business associates and friends to come, share fellowship and learn more about Clay Road Baptist School.  

        Expectation…?

It is as evening of fellowship with School Committee members, admin-istration, faculty, staff, parents and other invited guests. The night includes a silent auction and live auction, dinner,  entertainment by Comedy Sportz and a program promoting Clay Road Baptist School.   At the end of the evening, guests will have an opportunity to pledge their financial support for Clay Road Baptists School. No gift is too small; none too big. Other gifts such as stocks, bonds, services and materials are welcomed as well. Also, many companies will match their employee gifts to non-profit organizations.

        Can I help…?

Yes, you can help underwrite the event, invite a guest or donate an item for the auction. To help underwirte the evenings expenses, complete the response card in your invitation and mail back to the school; for all other donations, call our Development Director, Martha-Leigh Scurlock at 713-939-1023 X16 and she will be happy to discuss this with you.
